Rally Captain vs. Rally Member

When you participate in a rally, you have one of two jobs.

🚩 Rally Captain

The player who starts the rally.

🤝 Rally Member

A player who joins someone else's rally.

Those two players use Heroes differently.

🚩 Rally Captain

For the Rally Captain, all three Heroes matter.

The Captain's Hero lineup and Expedition skills form the core of the rally.

🤝 Rally Member

When joining another player's rally, pay very close attention to the first Hero slot.

The first Expedition skill of the Hero placed first can be selected as a Rally Member support skill.

4️⃣ Only Four Member Skills Are Used

A rally can contain many members, but it does not use everybody's support skill.

Up to four qualifying first-Hero Expedition skills are selected for the whole rally.

That is why Hero instructions matter.

🔥 Why Jessie First?

Jessie's Stand of Arms increases Damage Dealt by all troops.

At maximum skill, that bonus reaches 25%.

Four selected 25% Damage Dealt skills can combine into a huge rally bonus.

If leadership says:

JESSIE FIRST

send Jessie first.

Don't substitute a different Hero just because that Hero has more Power.

🥁 What About Seo-yoon?

Seo-yoon increases Troops Attack.

Jessie and Jasser increase Damage Dealt.

Those are different stats.

We care heavily about:

  • Damage Dealt
  • Attack
  • Lethality
  • Strong Rally Captains
  • Correct Rally Member Heroes
  • Correct troop formations

Jessie first.

Unless Cookie Factory leadership tells you otherwise.

🪖 Troop Formations

When you hear:

3 / 3 / 4

that means:

  • 30% Infantry
  • 30% Lancer
  • 40% Archer

2 / 3 / 5

means:

  • 20% Infantry
  • 30% Lancer
  • 50% Archer

The order is always:

Infantry / Lancer / Archer

If Cookie Factory posts a formation for an event, use that formation.

⚠️ Common Beginner Mistake

"I sent my three strongest Heroes!"

That sounds logical, but when you are a Rally Member, first-Hero support can matter more than just stuffing the march with your highest Power Heroes.

🍪 Another Common Mistake

Jessie being somewhere in the march is not enough.

If your march is:

Molly — Jessie — Bahiti

Molly is first.

If the instruction is Jessie first, the march should start:

Jessie — ___ — ___

🧠 The Big Lesson

Rallies are coordinated battles.

The Captain supplies the core Hero setup.

Rally Members supply troops and selected support skills.

Proper Heroes + proper skills + proper troops + coordination = a much stronger rally.
